Use Of The BrushFriends App
The BrushFriends app supports BrushFriends project operations, customer records, estimates, invoices, scheduling, reporting, and related business workflows.
Users are responsible for using the app only for authorized BrushFriends business or customer portal purposes.
Internal Business Operations
Internal users may use the app to manage customers, properties, projects, project items, documents, expenses, schedules, reports, and communications.
Access to internal tools is intended for authorized BrushFriends staff or approved representatives.
Customer Portal Use
Customer portal users may review shared estimates, invoices, project information, messages, and related documents for their own BrushFriends projects.
Customer portal access should not be used to view, copy, or attempt to access information that does not belong to the customer or their project.
Estimates, Invoices, And Project Documents
The app may present estimates, invoices, project documents, payment status, and document history to support project communication and business operations.
Project documents are business records and may be updated or corrected as project work evolves.
Scheduling And Communications
BrushFriends may use the app to schedule project work, send or record project communications, and coordinate with customers or internal staff.
Google Calendar access, when configured, is used only for project schedule events on the connected company calendar.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful content, or use information from the app for purposes unrelated to BrushFriends projects.
Access may be limited or removed if the app is misused or if access is no longer appropriate.
Availability And Changes
The app may change over time as BrushFriends operations evolve. Features, pages, documents, and workflows may be updated, paused, or removed.
We try to keep the app available and useful, but availability is not guaranteed at all times.
